The Net 10 Three Cents per Minute Plan is now available for $25 a month and includes 750 minutes.
Net10 Prepaid has always charged ten Cents a minute, PAYG (pay as you go) for service. Activating any new or refurbished phone used to get you 300 minutes and 60 days service but this is no longer the case. They have adjusted their pricing for phones and for minutes. They now offer you Monthly plans which provide extra minutes per dollar spent. You can also continue to purchase with the inexpensive PAYG plan they have always had.

New Net10 Prepaid Phone Pricing
Only a couple of the phones now are available with 300 free minutes. They are also offering phones that can be purchased with a 750 minute one month phone card at Net10.com. All of the Net 10 phones do not come with 300 free minutes. Be sure to take a look at the fine print when buying a Net 10 Cellular phone to make sure you are getting free minutes. You can purchase phones starting at $14.99 but the phone will be a better deal if you spend $25 and get a phone that “Includes 300 Minutes and 60 Days of Service upon activation.”
Roll Over with Net 10 Wireless
This is no longer as straight forward as it used to be. The $25 and $50 Monthly cards do not roll over time or minutes.
So if you purchase a Net 10 Prepaid “Monthly” Card you will get 30 days to use your 750 or Unlimited minutes. If you purchase a Payg Pay as you Go minute card like the $30/60 day card then your service time and minutes will roll over if you keep your service activated.
The PAYG (pay as you go) cards do roll over minutes and service time.
Plan Changes with Net 10
If you want to change from Pay as you go to Monthly service there is no extra charge. You can shift back to Pay as you go just by adding another pay as you go card. Don’t forget the Monthly cards do not roll forward. As soon as you add a card with monthly service your previous card will become invalid.
Net 10 Wireless Monthly Card Warning
If you are using the Monthly service plan and you add in an additional card your current balance will not carry forward. An example would be if you bought a 750 minute/30 day card and you have 100 minutes and 12 days left and you add another 750 minute card you will just end up with 750 minutes and 30 days, you will not end up with 850 minutes and 42 days.
You will spend at least $15 a thirty days to keep your Net10 Cellular phone active.

This pay as you go stuff is probably pretty great if you’re a low-frequency cell phone user. Me, I use my phone all the time and like the most powerful stuff, but that doesn’t mean that I need to sign a contract. Net10 Unlimited everything plan is only 50 dollars per month and I use it to run my business, very powerful and still extremely cheap compared to the big contract boys!
