The customer service is all done from either Asia or South America. They have to work on your problems from a computer script. It is slow. Never call Tracfone from your prepaid phone you will pay for minutes while on hold. It usually takes 20 minutes to an hour to solve a simple problem.

The Serial number is accessible from the “Prepaid Menu” on your Tracfone. It is on the package the Tracfone came in. Usually there is a Red paper that comes with your owners manual.
